Zach Kennedy
Senior Pastor
Zach grew up in the triad area of NC and became a follower of Christ as a child. He has been married to the love of his life, Kelly, since 2010 and together they have 3 sons. He is a graduate of Emmanuel College in GA and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC. In his spare time, he is an avid reader and sports fan, particularly of the Carolina Panthers and Hurricanes, and Notre Dame Football.
Ed Ford
Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Education
Ed was born in Michigan, but for most of his life was raised on the Jersey shore. He is a graduate from Ocean County College and Liberty University. He has a wife, two young adult sons, one grandson, and three dogs. He loves spending time with family. His hobbies include playing guitar, reading, hiking, and hunting.
Gary Harris
Associate Pastor of Families, Youth, and Children
Gary was born and raised in Caldwell County. He is a graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and traveling.
Jayden Norman
Interim Worship Leader
Jayden is a Caldwell County native and has been a member of Mount Zion since 2010. He is a graduate from Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music. He enjoys time with family and friends, reading, and trying new foods.
Sherry White
Secretary
Sherry is a native of Caldwell County. She is married to Greg White, and they have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. She has served at Mount Zion since 2009. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
